• before I do the work on 50 + posts and pages–H E L P ! ! !
I reset the permalinks to default and the only images that are in the posts/pages are the ones that are particular to the purchased theme and specified.
I see all the images in the LIBRARY, but I have to go back into each post , delete and insert all over again. Since I am image intensive with my “story Telling” this is a HUGE HUGE hassle.
There must be something that I can do on the admin portion to take care of whatever I did.
If you help me, I will sing your praises to heaven on my hike today. Really, I will!

  • Open up a page which containes an image. Is the path to that image pointing out to your old domain? (click HTML in the editor) If so, you have 2 options.

    A. Edit each page/post manually using html mode (very time consuming if you have lots of posts/pages with images.

    B. Run a query in SQL and change it from there by a command line.

    Hope this helps you.

THe domain name is the same and there seems to be no consistency in what images are picked up or not. all come from my files of downloads of personal pictures. When I changed the Permalinks, I got a few back before I asked the question, but only about half.
Thank you for the suggestion, but I think it might be something else–any other suggestion??/
