How do I change a link?

    I am try to change the wording on my website (www.theaugustan.com). Under each post it reads this:

    This entry was written by theAugustan, posted on 06/06/2011 at 17:09, filed under COVER. Leave a comment or view the discussion at the permalink and follow any comments with the RSS feed for this post.

    Where it says, “Leave a comment or view the discussion at the permalink” I’d like for it to say:

    Leave a COMMENT and the word COMMENT be the link as PERMALINK currently is…

    Does anyone know how to do that. Thanks.
