How Do You Fix Hyper Links In Header?

Hi I have a problem which I’d be grateful for if you could help me fix. Firstly my header widget isn’t exactly working. I wanted it to link to the specific charity I’m advertising however the image somehow forces the menu bar to jump down out of position and all the other text on the site becomes a link to the charity (however the second part isn’t always a problem)The spot where the “Home Button” is on the navigation becomes the hyper link to the charity and the Home button moves down to allow the hyperlink.
