WordPress Login Redirects to Site members login page?

Hi I need your experts help, when I typed the wordpress login URL on the browser it redirects me to my Website member login page rather than to the dashboard.
Here is the situation – I download WordPress using Simple script first and then upload Couponpress theme. There was a problem so I decided to remove Couponpress and uninstall wordpress. This time I download wordpress to my computer then upload to my sever via FTP, I thought It was fine. Then I upload Couponpress again, and this is where the wordpress login doesn’t go to the wordpress login page but goes directly to the website members login page. So I get in the dashboard through my website front end. Why is that.
