Switch to default twenty ten theme see if still have same problem

I Have the same problem. I tried everything suggested like re-updating, switching to default theme, disabling plugins etc, but the problem is still there. Please help.
Let me guess.. you can’t drag and drop. you can’t switch tab.. and maybe your drop down admin menu is not working .. yes ?
Have you tried:
– resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
– re-uploading the wp-admin and wp-includes folders from a fresh download of WordPress.
most probably it’s the theme esmi …
if u read the theme’s features.. it use loads of ajax
The theme uses a javascript image transition at the mainpage only seen in flash before which suports an unlimted number of images. Take a look at the live preview and wait a few seconds for the image to transform

Tried that too, but no luck!!
@tsany, my html mode is ok, just visual mode is gone. ok for me, but not for my non-tech client.
@tsani, my theme isn’t using any jquery/script other that Nextgen gallery. do you think it may have messed up the editor?
try deactivate it ? but nextgen gallery is a pretty famous one.. and i used it many times and it’s already been updated to be compatible with 3.2.
