Have you tried:
– deactivating all other plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
– switching to the Twenty Ten theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
Not on a live site, thank you. Tested in in several environments. Will have to shift to another plug in.
As a note, was able to get a development install of WP 3.1 active … works with twentyten and no other plugins.

Sounds like the plugin wasn’t activated. Otherwise it would error out in a different way
