Adding a client cheat sheet to admin

I’ve been looking around for a way to add a “cheat sheet” to the admin area on posts. It would give some basic stuff on how to format a post like what size images to use, what level headers; basic stuff. It would be totally static.

I was thinking that the best place would be a meta box on the side, by the categories, tags etc. Maybe there’s another way to do it though?

Thoughts on the best way to do it? Seen any tutorials on it around that would help me figure out how to do it?
