Separating Business Listings by Category in WP Business Directory

Okay, here’s the deal: we’ve been using Business Directory for WordPress and have had no problems. Now my boss wants to use the same format to make a new, separate listing for our local churches. I tried tinkering with the codes to set up a new page for just that category, but I was mostly just throwing html at the wall, so to speak.

Does anyone know offhand of a way to list just the one category on a separate page?

OR, do you know if its possible to have two different directories running at the same time? As it is, new listings are automatically added into just one directory. Could I install another instance of the same plug-in to make completely new directory? Or would that totally frak the shortcodes?

At the moment the simplest thing I can think of is to format it by hand on the page.
