cannot update theme via dashboard

    trying to update ZeePersonal locked up my themes option. I went in via FileZilla and deleted the theme. I originally installed this theme via FTP b/c I got the same error message, something to do with not being able to install directory public_html???

    The workaround is a pain but at least I know how to do that. Question is: how do I avoid needing the workaround in the first place?
