    this “errors” does not affects performances at all

    If the plugin works, there is no emergency to take care of those debugging tips (because they are not errors, just optimization tips)…
    In another way, think there are more than 20k identified website that uses this plugin, and they are not all last version of WP… so the plugin need to keep some backward compatibility…

    this is clearly not a priority by now.
