• Im sorry if ive missed this somewhere, but im wondering if and how its possible to list only child pages under their respective parents? for example i have 3 pages; trees, sports, and houses. when i click trees, i want the sidebar to only show pines, oaks, etc. when i click oak, it all stays shown, just oak is highlighted with .active

i see where it can be restricted for certain pages, but can it be dynamic like so?

    thanks!

  • If I understand you correctly, I think this is what I am looking for. Have you found a solution?

It is possible. You’ll have to edit your theme and use the wp-dtree template tags.

check out the widget plugin “subpages Navigation”, worked great for what i wanted.

Peter, thank you very much for that recommendation. I think it might be exactly what I need!
ulfben, thanks for your response as well. We’ll continue using wp-dtree for our primary site, by the way. It works perfectly there.
I really appreciate all the help & generosity of the developers & others in this forum.
