Problems importing blogger

Hey my site is aruntuts.com

i was using aruntuts.blogspot.com. now i want to import all the posts into my wordpress site. While trying import option i came up with a google message as follows:

The page that you have requested cannot be displayed. Another site was requesting access to your Google Account, but sent a malformed request. Please contact the site that you were trying to use when you received this message to inform them of the error. A detailed error message follows:

The site “http://aruntuts.com” has not been registered.

Later i found a help topic about importing blogger using an online tool from http://blogger2wordpress.appspot.com/

I had now downloaded the blog in wordpress wxr format. But i dont know how to implement that into my site. Where should i upload this downloaded wmr format?
