   Hi all -
   I'm reskinning the admin section of the blog - I want to
   disable the toggle buttons (plus/minus signs) and have all form fields displayed when the user opens the page.

   I've been trying to find out what is controlling these buttons - I thought list-manipulation.js might be it at first but it wasn't - so I commented out all the javascripts and it still worked.

   I don't need to know how to tweak the script I just need to know what it's name/location is.

   Hope someone out there can help
