Truly bizarre login problem

I have two problems, both relating to login. The first problem is relating to my admin login for my wp site. When I go to my website at http://ramonasrefashions.com/wordpress/wp-login.php, the wordpress username and login screen comes up. I put in my username but none of the passwords I use work so i did a reset. Then i check all my emails, and none of them has received a reset email. What do I do? The second problem, which may or may not be related to the first, is that when I tried to create a login for wp.org support forum it said that my email was already associated with another account. I don’t have any other account. I needed to post on the forum bc i was having a problem with my wp install so i created my current username but associated it with another email address that’s for an unrelated thing. So question two is how to I reclaim my email and associate Ramona 32 with the proper email so that all is organized? Thanks so much, very appreciated 🙂
