Just wrote a hacky plug in to do silly things, but my header suddenly broke.

    My header:

    /*
	Plugin Name: Custom Form
	Description: A very hacky solution for a moderately silly problem.

*/

    During development of my plugin there were absolutely no issues. Then, when I ported it to another WP install, I noticed that it wasn’t appearing in Install2’s plugin page. Going back to Install1 revealed that the plugin was disabled because of an invalid header. I hadn’t changed a thing.

    Any ideas?
