How do i stream an AVI file in a post?

    is there a plugin i need, or a certain code that will allow me to stream an avi file into a post.

    something like http://stevegarfield.blogs.com/videoblog/ would be incredible.. but i’m basically just looking for help with the correct code to post an avi file and get it to play in the post.

    can anyone help me.

    If you upload your videos to youtube, you’ll notice they give you a bit of code to have an embeddable player. That’s the code you’d want to use, just make sure you put the code within the HTML view, not the WYSIWYG view.
