WordPress update & W3 Total Cache

After firstly updating to wordpress 3.1.3 and then the latest version of W3 Total cache, i am unable to login to my website, and the whole site appears down,

I am currently in Indonesia, have to access the internet through my mob phone which does not make life very easy, is anyone able to help with the following error i am getting ?

The login page shows the following:

“Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
