[Plugin: SimpleModal Contact Form (SMCF)] "Uh Oh!" 404:OK error

    Hi!

    After pressing Send buttons, SMCF gives me Uh Oh! 404:OK error. The message doesn’t come to my email.

    I did not find any solution about this problem.

    That is it?

    did you get this to work, i really need to fix the 404 uh oh thing!
