Error establishing a database connection

Hi All Experts
I have a big problem here.
I m unable to open my site , site give me an error like that “Error establishing a database connection”

When i receive that error 1st i contact to my hosting providers for checking config.php file.
Hosting expert reply me config.php file is 100% OK , this is not finish i check config.php my self , this is fine .
How can i fix this , i m also unable to access my wordpres admin ..
Can someone help me ..

This is something you need to work on with your hosts. There isn’t a lot we can do to help here other than to suggest that you re-check your wp-config.php file.

Are you sure that your database is intact?

Hosting experts give me a demo database file link to check.
I check it and its massage “connected”
Also he said to me if you install any new plugin in your wordpress then maybe conflict to database..
But i don`t know about conflicting..
I check again wp-config.php ..

I’ve never come across a plugin that could prevent you from connecting to your database but try resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin.

I done your given details but same error massage..
In your words , now i deactivate all my plugins but same error.
Any other thing you have in mind Please share with me..

Well, I’m not surprised that it wasn’t a plugin. I did think the suggestion was a little far-fetched. Is your site’s database using the same database host name as the test database?

I think now i got problem..
My db name , db user and db pass i checked in my config file its alright..
But now when i connect my database for phpMyAdmin , its need password ..
when i enter that pass its not work, now i change it to so simple for testing now its also accepted..
Sorry
But Now what`s problem and how to fix this..
Little more help needed.

“when i enter that pass its not work, now i change it to so simple for testing now its also not accepted..”
