Plugin "Easy contact" won't send an email

Hi,

My network guys installed this new plugin call easy contact today. the problem is that it won’t send the email to me, even if it says that the email has been sent. I’ve checked the email address and it perfect. If I send an email to the same address it works fine, just not through this new plugin.

anyone using this plugin, if so is working fine for you?
