[Plugin: Register Plus Redux] Require first and last name on profile page also!

I use Register Plus Redux to require users to enter their First and Last Name during registration. However, when they are logged in and can edit their profile, those two fields are NOT required – they can just delete them! This looks like a bug to me. Is there a quick fix for it or do I have to find another plugin to do this for me?
