   Don't asked me why I changed it. I wasn't thinking straight, thinking it would solve a particular problem on my site, but now I've got more on my hands than I can handle.

   My old Wordpress URL was http://exonesis.com.
   I changed it to http://exonesis.com/index.php

   So now whenever I enter http://exonesis.com/wp-admin/ which is where the admin panel really resides, I get redirected and I can't change it back at all.

   I have tried the instructions here: http://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_The_Site_URL but it doesn't work still. :( (I made sure I had no trailing slash after the URL.)

   Any hints. Pretty please?! :'(

   Just in case: I do have access to my SQL databases, I just need to know what to do. :'(

   Please help!

   Change the site_url and home values - as described here:
   http://www.tamba2.org.uk/wordpress/site-url/

   Thanks. I am a dummer. I did everything except for the last step: <b>Delete the folder wp-content/cache (this is a new folder added with WordPress 2.0).</b>

   Never thought that missing such a little stpe would cost so much. Thanks again moshu.
