Forgot to mention I tried the plugin called pagedate, but it says it is for WP 1.5 and I am using 2.0. I was able to activate it without any problems but I dont know if I missing something else to make it work. I edited my page but the date stays the same.
I have one page that I would like to be bale to change the date each time I edit it. IS there another way? Right now I have been putting “Page updated on:” each time.
How about clicking the Edit timestamp checkbox and changing the date and then save the post.
Thats only works on the post. I need for the page. There is no edit time stamp on created pages.
I still cant find anything to make the date change on a created page. I have searched the Wp site, searched yahoo, google, etc.
Anyone else have any other ideas
I’m sorry, I misunderstood your question. 🙂
If you have access to phpMyAdmin you could change the time stamp directly in the database.
I do have access, I logged in and that seems like it would be a pain to do every day. I guess I am just going to have to live with it. I dont get why you can edit the date of a post but not the date of a page.
See I want to update this page each day and not have to type in “Page Updated on”.

Thanks for the help. I guess I will just keep typing in Page Updated on.
Augustson, check out my plugin Post Updated, which works just fine on Pages:
