[PLUGIN: Stealth Login] – Need help logging out when in stealth mode

I installed Stealth Login and have a unique URL to substitute for wp-login.php. I also have the plugin set to “stealth mode”. It works fine EXCEPT when I’m on the actual website and try to Logout from the WPAdminBar at the top of the screen. The link to logout fails and instead just refreshes the page and keeps me logged in.

I also use Janrain to allow people to login with their Twitter/FB info. There is a Log Out link next to that plugin (to change user for instance) but as with the WPAdminBar, the link doesn’t allow the user to be logged out and instead just refreshes the current page.

Is there some way to fix this through the settings in the plugin or by directly editing HTAccess? Any advice would be appreciated. Thx.
