[Plugin: Kimili Flash Embed] JS in footer

I’ve recently had to optimise the speed of one of my sites which uses the Kimili Flash Embed. I used a plugin to move my JS files from the header to the footer in order to help the load speed of my site which is rather large and uses a lot of .css and .js files.

I’ve deactivated and reactivated the plugin which moves the JS files and its definately the fact the Js is being moved to the footer which is effecting Kimili Flash Embed from displaying.

Any help would be great on getting Kimili to work with this other plugin as it really speeds my site up.
