Adding Genesis Framework Upload Error

I was on my site and uploading genesis framework and the child prose theme and when I clicked upload it gave me this error message:

Now I can’t even get back to the site to login to the wp area to deactivate or delete the plugin. Has anyone encountered this problem before? If so, help! please!!!
