So as in my post before I am trying to move a large wordpress blog. So I did that on a test website again and now this is what happened:

If you do to this wbesite: http://southfloridainvesting.com/

It is all blank – what happened?

Then if I go to the wp admin page it says
    No Upgrade Required
your wordpress database is already up-tpdate!
    I click continue
and I get sent to: http://www.teamrealtydelivers.com/
(that is an other one of my websites)

    can someone please help me?

    Thanks

  • Sounds like you have some PHP errors and potentially connecting to the wrong database…

To Continue: I fixed the linking problem with the site and now I get http://palmbeachinvesting.com/
but when I go to http://palmbeachinvesting.com/wp-login
I can at least get to the log-in page but now when I go in it say my password is wrong when I know it is right and when I try to reset my password it says the e-mail address is incorrect.

You have to install the theme separately.

I am new to wordpress so how would I do this? Or is there an article I can refer to?

    Thank you

In the article esmi referred to above it talks about moving the files from the old system to the new. This would include the directory wp-content/themes that has all your theme files. In fact, all of the files under the wp-content (a directory at the same level as the wp-config.php file) should be moved to the new location. You may need to reactivate plugins and select the theme that you want after you put the files in place, but the first step is to make sure they are there.
