General Gallery Page vs. Specific Category Gallery Page

For some unknown reason I cannot get seem to get my category detail page to display like my general gallery page.

The code that appears to work correctly and showcases all the category posts is this:

The website I am working on can be seen here – http://mtxhomes.com/wp/ and I am only trying to get the “galleries” and the galleries>interiors page updated.
