"Add image" Thickbox doesn't load anymore

I was trying to implement tighter security on my wp site and messed up a few things. Well I fixed those issues and now have one last problem.

When I go into the admin and click “Add image” to my image rotator the thickbox that used to pop-up now loads in the lower left part of the screen and I can’t get to it.

I can see half of it but that is it. Can someone please help out with some security settings I can change in the admin area of my ftp?
