Wordbooker bug: stream.publish, Error_Code = 102

Posting to Facebook used to work perfectly fine.

I re-authorized in the status section just in case and saved the settings but to no avail.

Note that I post simultaneously to my personal Facebook and fan page.

Here is the exact wording I keep getting:

Wordbooker failed to communicate with Facebook for How to minimize human misery in recessions or the macroeconomic implications to hedonic adaptation : method = stream.publish, error_code = 102 ( Session does not match current stored session. This may be because the user changed the password since the time the session was created or may be due to a system error.). Your blog is OK, but Facebook didn’t get the update.

Something is screwed in the Facebook back end. Its been getting worse and worse,

All I can suggest is trying another Reset and re-authentication

fixed it on my end. i hit the reset button thats next to refresh in the wordbooker settings in wp.

I am having the same issue – when I did the rest it seems to fix the issue for new posts but when I try the “Force Re-Publish Post to Facebook on Edit (overrides republish window)” on an existing post it still errors.

As the same session is used for all Facebook related activities it should either work or not work. If your session has blown then turning on the advanced diagnostics and doing a Refresh Status should show similar errors.

Hi Steve,

I am having the same problem, and resetting is not fixing it. I’ve tried the next step in the FAQ, deleting Wordbooker from the list of authorized applications and going through the authentication process again, twice now to no avail. I get the same error when I post. I haven’t changed my password, or changed from http to https. I’m using version 1.9.3. Any suggestions?

The error is the same as the others got: Wordbooker failed to communicate with Facebook for <my post> : method = stream.publish, error_code = 102 ( The session has been invalidated because the user has changed the password.). Your blog is OK, but Facebook didn’t get the update.

Is that what you mean by support information?
