Facebook PHP SDK Not Working Within WordPress

    I am working on a theme that integrates the newest Facebook PHP SDK into a WordPress blog. I tested my fb code outside of WordPress and it works perfectly, but when I add the Facebook code within WordPress it doesn’t. I’ve read that it may have something to do with WordPress forcing Magic Quotes or something like that. Also I keep getting the error that I’m trying to run a Member Function on a Non-object.

    Is there some reason WordPress won’t let me create an object?
