Password reset issues and lost database links

Hi,

I was fiddling around with things on my site this weekend and tried to move it to a new URL using a tool in the “tools” sidebar. I managed to lose my password and a reset isn’t working. I tried the emergency.php reset but I still can’t access my data.

Instead, I’ve been playing around inside my file manager through my hosting. I managed to reset the style sheet that was lost in whatever I did, but all of the content is missing. I have a backup of my sqldatabase, but I don’t know how to relink it to my site through outside sources, as I can’t access my dashboard.
