A bunch of my pages aren't loading after moving then moving back

I moved the wp files on my server from a sub directory to the main directory.
Then realized I couldn’t use an index.html and index.php file like I hoped and have since moved the files back to the sub directory. my index page (in the sub dir) loads, but nothing else. The address’ are appearing as they should. The files still show up in my dashboard. What gives?

I’m 98% sure I got all the files back to the sub directory. I don’t know what else could belong there.
