[Plugin: Download Manager] WYSIWYG toolbar gone

Hi There – anybody had this problem as well? Installed the Download Manager 2.0.6 and gone is my WYSIWYG toolbar (on WP 3.1.2). Disable the plugin and there’s the toolbar again. Tried on different WP installs same problem.
