Please tell me why my WP looks like this..

Hi. I really need someone’s help to figure out why my WordPress is looking like this..

I was just finishing up the coding for my new layout.. and everything was fine. All I did was delete my old posts from wp and then everything quit working.. and now the pages that DO work look like that. It’s giving me 404 errors on the links when I click them. Please please help me figure this out.
