Automatic WordPress Instalation (latest version) Full Control Panel

Hi, I would like to know if someone could help me. I’m needing a script like wordpress.com, that has a full control panel of all acconts and create a WP acc easy and fast for everyone. I have one script that makes it, but isn’t using the WP, and I would like to use the WP. Could someone help me?!
