Custom Video Player

Hi!
I have uploaded a video into one of my CDN, and now I want to play that video directly to my WordPress. I need to know these things:
1. Is there any way to play M3U file into wordpress?
2. My vide link looks like http://example.com/video/Case_1_Full_HD_1080p.mp4 so, is there any way to play it directly to my site?

Please suggest something asap!
