Can I get custom fonts in WordPress posts

You can install a plugin such as TinyMCE Advanced.

Then from the settings page you can drag additional options onto your editor, including custom fonts.

Not sure, I don’t normally have the fonts enabled because I want the CSS to control the text fonts on the sites I use, rather than guests – just know that feature is there.

I keep all my fonts the same because I like the consistency through the sites, I think it looks a bit odd if each post is different fonts. You can control the fonts used in most themes by editing your style.css inside your themes directory.
