[Plugin: Onswipe] Exclude Categories

I really like how Onswipe looks overall for my site. But I have some GPS logs that I upload to a certain category to map out my bike rides. I’m using the plugin ‘Simply Exclude‘ to exclude them on my normal and WPTouch homepage. But it doesn’t seem to be working for Onswipe. I don’t mind getting my hands dirty and modifying the code, but anyone have any idea which file it’s in? I don’t want to go line by line through the files to figure it out.
