Need help, very frustrated

I recently created a wordpress site, as a subdomain at my hostmonster hosting account. Site came out awesome, client loves it, so now I need to move it to their hosting. They use StartLogic.com as their hosting. The php versions are the same, the SQL versions are the same, so this should be a simple move, WRONG!

I have moved dozens of wordpress sites to different hosting providers and have never run into one problem, I cannot figure out how to fix my problem. The wp-admin loads perfectly fine at the new hosting location, the regular site does not load at all. I have tested everything in the backend, and everything works fine. (updating posts, pages, permalinks, etc…)

I have tried deactivating all plugins, and even renaming the plugins folder, still a blank site. I tried switching to the default theme via the wp-admin AND ftp, still blank. I also tried increasing the memory limit to StartLogics maximum allowance of 64M via htaccess, phpini, and wp-config, none worked. I have tried every possible .htaccess config setup you can think of. I deleted any empty line of code at the end of functions.php and wp-config.php and that didnt work either.

I am absolutely stumped, I need help, they REALLY want to launch the site asap!
