I am a webmaster of a website that offers help to other webmasters. We offer tutorials, help and downloads for photoshop, javascript, html, css and php. I was wondering if/how I can get permission to host your files (don't want to hotlink them) and offering my members the latest of your blog script.

these files: http://wordpress.org/latest.zip The install of WordPress, together with a short tutorial about how to install it (although it's all quite obvious)
Matt says Yes - you can redistribute those files if you want.
(I can't see the point myself... but that matters not)

the point is that I offer direct downloads instead of sending my members throughout the internet. Something similar to zdnet, they offer downloads too, instead of offering the homepage of the author.
