Multiple Podcast Categories

Apologies in advance, I’m very new to all of this. I have a couple of separate categories for podcasts and would like to enable listeners to subscribe to these categories independently ie. some listeners might want to subscribe only to podcast category 1 whilst others might want to subscribe only to category 2. How would I go about this? Does anyone here know of a tutorial that discusses this scenario.
