Added Site But Can't Access Dashboard

    I’ve successfully added networks sites before but now I can’t access the dashboard. When I view the site added as a network site it’s as if the theme is missing. And when I try to log on get a Page Not Found error message. I’ve tried deleting and adding test sites but always the same error.

    Any idea where to look?
