Oh crap – just locked myself out messing with WP site URL

    by changing the WordPress address (URL)in General settings – can’t access admin – no user/pass seems to get me back in and no email received for pass reset!?
    Help!
    I do have ftp access.
    the install is at niksnexus.net/weblog and I foolhardedly changed the url setting to intothedialectic.com which is the domain name being forwarded to the original niksnexus.net/weblog
