   Hi.

   I would like to update my blog template (www.cooperatique.com) and I would like it to look like this :

   http://jdelacr.free.fr/newtemplate.jpg

   I'm using the Wordpress 1.5 default theme. What file should I update and how ?

   The link to jdelacr...is only the header????

   Looks like he wants to add "English Version" to the header.

   You would need to add the text to your header.php file, and adjust the CSS to get it where you want. Maybe wrap the text in a div,and give it some absolute positioning.
