Theme install not working, Error Msg "Download failed. Not Found" | WordPress.org

When I try to install any theme from within WordPress (for example Platform 1.2.0), I receive this error message:

Downloading install package from http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/download/platform.1.2.0.zip…

Download failed. Not Found

To complicate matters, I was able to successfully install a plugin, just not a theme. Any ideas?

Me too getting the same error messages. I can install from a zip file upload but cannot install any from the library.
