First, thanks for the great plugin.

2 issues:

1. MC syncs with WP but the fields do not appear in MC after sync.
2. If i have several lists in MC – What should i do in order to sync ?

Did you check the video, first you have to define the custom fields you created for the MailChimp list you want to sync with.

If i have more than 1 MC list, how can i sync it with the CRM plugin?

Just change the default MC list and push sync again.
