Hi atthila,
We are building a feature that allows you to specify multiple download id’s in your short-code. We then generate a list of downloads with checkboxes in the form that a user can select from.
Look for this feature in the next release.

Thank you for your answer. Whend do you think to release next version? I need this important feature!Thank you for this good plugin!
To what stage is the development?
Development is actually done, but we need to update the documentation. In the middle of a few projects at the moment, but hoping to get this out within a week or so.

The new version was indeed released. Please feel free to update and let us know how it is working for you.
I’m not sure why the version number didn’t change in the top right of the download area, but the code was committed. We will check on finding a way to change that number from 1.0 to 2.0.
You can find a description of the changes in the changelog:
http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/email-before-download/changelog/
It tells me “Please select at least one of the documents” but it does show nothing. Thank you for support!
Within the Contact Form 7 form used for multiple download selection, ensure you place the tag “<ebd />” where you want to checkbox list to be generated as shown in screenshot 7.
Now it works!!!Thank you very much!this is a great plugin now!
Great. Thanks for the note and glad you are happy!
Actually I can not handle it. I created a new Contact Form 7 form with the tag “<ebd />”, but no mutiple download selection is possible. How could I show the multiple download selection?
I solved the multiple download by myself. I works!
[email-download download_id=”1,2,3,4,5″ contact_form_id=”3″]
Just one more problem:
if I leave 8.2 mutiple urls blank, I receive all download links correctly.
If I add my email message:
—–
Hello [requesting_name],
here I send yout he requested links:
[file_names]
—–
The first link is not shown in the email and the tag “”>[file_names]”
is mentioned at the mail.
Any idea how to solve this?
Thanks
Joachim
Hi joeydrums,
[file_names] is not a supported placeholder for multiple downloads.
You will want to use [file_urls] as indicated in the admin panel, which will generate both the names and URLs for the files.
I hope that helps.
Great plugin. My one question is it possible to move the check boxes to the left side of the items?
Hi Ahaanalytics,
That is not currently possible, but we have added it to our list of enhancements — shouldn’t be very tough to implement.
