WP e-Commerce Vesion 3.8

Site:

Add a product to the cart, and attempt to check out. Cart displays the following and I am unable to continue with the order:

Calculate Shipping Price
Please choose a country below to calculate your shipping costs
Please provide a Zipcode and click Calculate in order to continue.

I just had this same issue. Turns out it was the Flat Rate Shipping options. Even though it said to leave them blank, without something in there it couldn’t calculate the shipping. Put dollar amounts in there and checkout fields showed up.
