One post on frontpage – paging problem

Hello

I have changed my homepage so it now only show 1 post (thanks to this great tutorial)

But what I would want to, is a News page which some my last 20 blog posts (just like it normally does). And the possibility to browse through with a next and previous link.

I made a new template file (a copy of my original index.php) which works fine, it is show 2 posts at a time.
(I used : query_posts(‘posts_per_page=2’);)

But when I choose Next Page it showing all my posts again. Is that because the Next link is calling my index.php ?
Is there a way to solve this ?

click on the news test link (thats where I want to have my posts) and than on the next link in the bottom to recreate this problem.
